Hi all. I'm just now experimenting with a trial copy of RH Server 9.
ISSUE: When I attempt to log in to the Web Administrator (pictured below) with admin/admin for ID/pwd, nothing happens when I click the Sign In button.
Any thoughts on what might be going on would be greatly appreciated.

Fixed per Adobe phone support.
The key is to ensure that JRE 7 Update 17 is installed, and that no other JRE version/update is installed. The tech had me:
I'm now able to get in the the RHS Admin Console.

It's funny I had a hard time finding this information--I think I had a similar question pending somewhere. John, you came out and did a nice training for us a few years ago.
Anyway, my only quibble with using legacy Server 9 at this point is my console has been broken for a long time because I can't keep using outdated JDKs. It gets flagged, I end up with a POA&M, have to install a newer JDK, and voila, broken again.
Does Adobe have a list of compatible modern JDKs, or is it trial and error still? I definitely can't run JRE7u17.

What JRE version are you wanting to use? I'll ask my Adobe contact and see what can be done. I'm not sure about an update of Rh Server 9. Naturally, most of the engineering is going into the new Adobe RoboHelp Server 10 and beyond.
