The summary (or context) comes from the first X number of characters in the topic. You control this in the Responsive HTML5 SSL output settings. Select the Search settings in the SSL output config dialog. To increase or decrease the amount of summary included, edit the "Number of Characters in Search Context" field. To suppress the summary altogether, remove the checkmark from "Show Context in Search Results".
