Is there an open bug for RH freezing when the user works in the HTML editor, rather than the WYSIWYG editor?

I'm seeing the issue again in RH 2019, and it was also a problem in RH 2015.

If there is a bug for the issue, when will it be addressed?

Thank you,

Cindy

Is the font anything other than Courier New set to 100%? That can cause various issues.

Lucida Console will also work if you want a sans serif font but again at 100%.

Set the font and size while in HTML view. Let us know if that works.

Peter, I think you meant to reply to a different thread. This issue has little, if anything, to do with fonts.

Correct thread. If other fonts or magnification are set in the HTML editor, it causes problems including what you describe. Try it.

If you don't believe me, search the forum and you will find I have posted this before and had it marked correct.

No, my fonts are not set to that, so I guess it's causing a problem.

Is there a bug open for the issue? Is someone going to fix this?

There has been a bug outstanding for more years than I care to remember so I guess the answer is that it will not be fixed. It only affects Classic versions.

Has changing the font fixed the issue for you?
