RH2020 - Clicking image in output to pop it out or zoom in

Is it possible to add an image (of smaller size) in the content and on click in the help output the image should popout a bigger size for viewing. And then we click anywhere on the page to close it.

You add the image in a topic and set the thumbnail size.
