When I use Responsive HTML5 Output none of my child index topics will load.
All Index entries load in WebHelp format.
This little icon will turn all day long… nothing comes up in my INDEX. |
Here is what I get in Responsive HTML5 Parent Project

Thank you Peter, I have correct my discussion link.
I wonder if this might help:
INDEX CODE: When not clicked on: | <a title="Index" class="idx" href="#" data-attr="title:@KEY_LNG.Index; href: '#'" data-class="active: @KEY_ACTIVE_TAB == 'idx'" data-click="$mc.toggleActiveTab('idx')" data-if="KEY_FEATURE.idx"> </a> |
INDEX CODE: When I click on Index to load: | <a title="Index" class="idx active" href="#" data-attr="title:@KEY_LNG.Index; href: '#'" data-class="active: @KEY_ACTIVE_TAB == 'idx'" data-click="$mc.toggleActiveTab('idx')" data-if="KEY_FEATURE.idx"> </a> |

HI there
Are you testing this on your local C drive or from a web server?
If from a web server, how did your files get copied to the server?
Cheers... Rick

Hi Rick,
Project is written and compiled on my C drive. Then all the folders are copied and pasted into a web server on our network.

Sooo, you are testing from your web server?
Does the same thing happen when you test from your local c drive?
If things behave normally when testing from C, I'd suspect an issue with the copy process or with the actual setup of the web server.
Cheers... Rick

Yes, I am testing from the webserver. When I open on the drive I get this popup... |
Then I click to allow the blocked content |
Then project successfully loads to the CONTENTS and all links to the topics work fine. Then I click on the INDEX and I get this: |

Try two things.
1] Does it happen with the sample projects? Click Open on the RoboHelp Starter page and then click Samples in the ribbon on the left.
2] Try a new and different layout.
