RoboHelp 2019 - js error in published projects

Hi,

I recently migrated to RoboHelp 2019 Classic and I published a clean project with the Indigo layout, made a new TOC simple topics and I made no changes to the layout whatsoever. The problem occurred when I published a clean project to RoboHelp Server 10. See below images for a sample:

Error in TOC.PNG

console error.PNG

As you can see no TOC is displayed upon loading and there seems to be an error when I looked in the console log of google chrome. There's no problem when opening the project in my local machine.

Is RoboHelp 2019 not compatible with RoboHelp Server 10? Or is there some steps that I might have missed when publishing in RoboHelp Server 10?

Thanks,

Renz

I have reached out to Adobe. As far as I know, the new 2019 is not compatible but Classic should be. I will update as soon as I hear back.

Meantime, I suggest you go to the output dialog and take a fresh copy of the Indigo layout using the Gallery button. Name it Indigo2 and try again with that.

Hi Peter,

I've been in talk with an adobe representative via chatbot. It seems like they already patched this up with their latest update (10.0.1) last September 11. It's now working after I updated my RoboHelp Server 10 to 10.0.1

Thanks for the help as well.

Best Regards,

Renz

I don't use RoboHelp Server so I didn't know about that. Glad Adobe have solved it for you.
