Hi,

Currently I have some generic issues with RoboHelp Calssic 2019 when trying to link/import fm files. I can work with a produced pdf from fm but not with xml or book. Plus I get a message that FrameMaker 2019 is not installed , even if it is,  and can't seem to find an answer for this in the Forums nor the documentation.

Hi There,

Do you have Standalone FrameMaker/Robohelp installed or as a part of Technical Communication suite?

Regarding the message you are getting about FrameMaker not installed while linking FM in RH - Can you try to install FM 2019 32-bit version and let me know if this resolves the issue?

Hi Mayank,

The 32-bit FM resolved the problem but I would like to ask how can I have the 32-bit version as an install option from Adobe TCS.

Regards,

Sergiu

Hi Sergiu,

Once you will install FM 32 bit, it will automatically detect TCS and will gets activated as a part of it.

Hi Maynak,

Thank you very much for the support. Please clarify the followinf if possible:

  •      If I purchase the TCS, will I have the option to install the 32-bit version of Framemaker (or even both FrameMaker and Robohelp) or do I need a stand-alone FM installation for this?

Regards,
Sergiu
