RoboHelp Searching: Is a Next option available for reviewing search results?

I'm using quotation marks with a search string to get the best results for searching for content in a large project. (I'm using RH 2015)

When the search results include a list of multiple hits in a single topic, is there an option that allows the user to then go to next? (Similar to using Find in Adobe Acrobat, where you can click Next and run through the list of hits.)

I've searched on Google and on the Adobe Support site and have not seen this specific issue discussed.

This is concerned with searching in the RH project files or in the output?

Nope, I've not seen that with the search the RH WebHelp employs - you might need to check out ZoomSearch (details on Peter Grainge's site - grainge.org) or try out a trial of RH2017 on a non-production machine to see if it's been added to any of the outputs offered. You could always log a wish list with Adobe too.

It's not something I have seen in Zoomsearch but if you want to go that route, check with Wrensoft, the developers. It's not in any version of RoboHelp.

I can see why you think it would be nice but on the other hand, no one has previously requested it presumably its absence hasn't been seen as a major user issue, if that helps.

Please follow this link to report bugs and request features. The more people who do so, the higher it gets prioritised.

Post the link to that bug/feature in this thread and others can vote for it.
