Hi there, I now that Flash is gone now but we use it to access the Robohelop Server and add new areas, do reporting, etc. Is there any other solution? I get the message "Adobe flash player is out of date".

Thanks in advance for any input

Bobby

Yes, as Peter said, you would need to update to the latest Adobe RoboHelp Server which was completely revamped and does not use Flash anymore.

I suspect you need a later version of RoboHelp Server to deal with this.

See Adobe RoboHelp Server

Check with Support as well. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your support contact options.

Thank you for the quick reply Stefan. The link you posted leads to this discussion, would you please update it?

BTW, is the update free?

Thanks
