There are multiple methods to migrate RoboHelp projects to DITA. What is the DITA authoring tool you are using?

Stilo has a product called Migrate which can convert a Robohelp project to DITA xml. 

The conversion process is almost automated with a very little human intervention (need to prepare a high level rule set to guide the conversion).
