Does anyone have any idea why I get the following message when I try to run Robohelp? "Failed to load: C:\Program Files\Serena\vm\devint\bin\ifc_scc.dll" It asks if you would like more error information but if you say yes, it says Invalid access to memory location.

I checked and the file exists on my pc under that subdirectory. Does anyone one else have a program that won't run due to a similar problem? I am running on an XP Professional. Thank you

That program is nothing to do with RH. I think you need to speak to your IT guys.

Are you using the Merant version manager or Visual Studio? (Looks to my like version manager.)

If the file version manager, you may nee to change the path:

C:\Program Files\Merant\vm\devint\bin\IFC_SCC.dll

You could also try to un-register and re-register some *.dll and *.exe files.

Regards,
GEWB
