Setting the start page for the first page of merged help

Robohelp 2019.0.9 merged project - how do I specify what is the page that is to be open when a user opens the Online Help? I want the first page in the first child topic listed in the TOC, but right now, it keeps opening to the first page in the second child topic and I cannot figure out how to change this.

I think I see in a different thread that you have a redirect topic set up. Is that redirecting to the correct project?
