Hi!
Basically the title says it all.
I have the Technical Communication Suite 3 installed on my system.
Fronm this bundle the only program which I now would like to upgrade is RoboHelp 9.
I got the upgrade files and a license key for RoboHelp 10, but if I try to upgrade I get the message that I am not allowed to upgrade because "no qualifying product was found on the computer".
Has anyone an idea what I could do?
Thank you!

I don't think you can upgrade a single product, you have to upgrade the whole suite.
I believe that the message is effectively saying is "I cannot find a standalone Rh9 licence".
Check with Adobe but I think that is what they will say.
Then comes, where did you buy the licence? If from Adobe, hopefully they will allow you to increment to an upgrade to the suite. I don't know if buying a full Rh10 licence would work but probably the suite upgrade would be a better deal anyway. If from elsewhere, see what Adobe will do and then what your supplier will do.

Dear Peter!
Thank you very much!
The Adobe Support just confirmed your assumption.
It's either a TCS Upgrade to version 4 or a RH 10 Standalone version that we need to get.
I don't know why this wasn't communicated before we bought the licenses. Well, it looks like we can return them, so we have only wasted little time.
Thanks again for your fast response!
Best regards
Lu

Thank you so much for the information! I spent an hour with Adobe chat who only referred me to the Adobe Customer Service webpage. I'm so happy I found this thread--it's exactly what I was looking for!
