TOC, index, glossary don't display in Chrome - information

I just thought I'd let people know something I've discovered.

If you open HTML5 (responsive or multiscreen) from a local disk or network share in Chrome, the table of contents, index and glossary don't display if you block third-party cookies. This doesn't affect HTML5 opened from a webserver.

Hope this helps someone in future. Or if you know how to add the local disk or network share to the exceptions list, please share.
