Tri-window links broken when adjusting screen size (RoboHelp 2015)

Need some help with my main button links (TOC, Index, Glossary, Favorites) not working when the browser's window size is adjusted. Basically, when the browser is maximized, all the links work. When the browser is resized, the main links move to a different layout (html5) and then all of those links are trying to access a now deleted screen layout.

Anyone know of the solution? Please help!
