Can you please share the PhoneGap logs with us?

You can find the log as shown in image below: Log in to PhoneGap server

Click on log button to open the log file.

Also, in you case an error will be shown here. Please let us know that error also.

Have entered the required user ID, password and completed the iOS Signing Key setup?

For Android devices you can create a developer mode app without a user id but the above are required for iOS.

Take a look at the sample projects where there is a topic on creating mobile apps.

If that fails then take up Surbhi's offer to look at the logs.
