Unable to connect to Robohelp server

I've installed RoboHelp server 11 in my laptop. I've installed Tomcat and performed the configuration and mentioned in this video https://breezetraining.adobeconnect.com/robohelp-server. When I try to access http://localhost:8080/robohelp/admin/index.html, I'm seeing the error 'Unable to connect to server'. Can someone tell me what could be the problem?

I don't have any experience with RH Server, but here's the written instructions with some troubleshooting tips, which might help:
