Update problems (RH2020)

When I select Help > Update, I get this oxymoronic message: "Specified product is not installed on this machine". Does anyone have a solution?

I know there is a bug with the first release of RH2020, which wouldn't find updates, although I thought that told you there were no updates available.

 

If you're on the first version of RH2020, then you can manually download Update 4 from here:
https://www.adobe.com/support/robohelp/downloads.html

 

If you're on a newer patch then I'm not sure. Perhaps a permission issue. Can you log in as an admin and try updating?
