We have a web-based application developed in Java with Bootstrap. Using RoboHelp 11 we generated WebHelp and were able to call it from the application using the JavaScript file RoboHelp_CSH.js that came with RoboHelp 11.
When we chose to generate Responsive HTML 5 the help window did not appear. We think the problem may be with the JavaScript code inside the Responsive HTML 5 help files.
Would it help to upgrade to RoboHelp 2015?
Is RoboHelp_CSH.js updated in this version of RoboHelp?
Thanks
Peter

It is difficult to say if upgrading would help so trying on a non production machine is the best test of that. However, first question is does it work OK if opened directly? Maybe the problem is in the call.

I forgot to mention that it works OK when we open it directly.
The question was really if we should spend the money for the upgrade.

I would say that if it opens OK when called directly then the problem is in the call and an upgrade would be unlikely to fix that.
Sorry but what the problem is I cannot help you with as that is a developer issue. Maybe look at Willam van Weelden's site?
