Webhelp external link failing

Using Robohelp 11 webhelp with an external link, clicking on the link directly is causing a pure white page to be displayed, even though the link is confirmed to be valid.  If I right-click on the link to display it that way, it displays with no issue, but just clicking on the link without right-clicking causes nothing to be displayed.  This is using Chrome.  Any ideas why this would be failing?

Hi there

When you click a link in WebHelp, the destination page loads into a frame of the WebHelp frameset. Some pages dislike loading into a frame. I believe google.com is one such page.

If this is the case, you will typically see the behavior you are describing. Perhaps try creating the link so it opens in a new Window or Browser Tab and see if that corrects the issue.

Cheers... Rick
