Where can I download RoboHelp 2015 from within the Adobe website after having purchased a valid software license certificate?

I couldn't find a valid download link of RoboHelp 2015 from within the Adobe website. Can anyone help?

My company has purchased a formal software license certificate for me. So, I have a valid WIN Serial Number already.

Is there a faster way to download such a big file?

I found the download speed is extremely low (sometimes is even down to zero and/or stops automatically; see the image capture below). But at the same time, my other webpages load as fast as usual.

Last Friday (Oct 30) the download was not successful. Today (Nov 2) the situation even got worse. The estimated download time (3214h) is really unbelievable (see the progress below).

Hi,

As can be deciphered from the image, you are downloading English RH version.

Please specify the OS and it's language. Is it Japanese or English?

I have tried on Win 7 English and it is a matter of 1 or 2 minutes at my end.

Dear Surbhi,

Starting last Friday and today, I've tried using 4 different browsers (latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, IE, and Edge) last Friday and toda to download RH 2015. But the results are the same. (Ps. My Internet connection speed is not slow, because I can download other large files such as a 100MB video file in about 5 mins using my laptop last Friday and today.)

Thanks for your info. Fortunately last night my colleague helped download RH 2015 from an Adobe License website (I didn't know the existence of such a site before). Now, the installation on my laptop was successful. But, the update failed for unknown reasons (stopped at about 80%). Can you help? See the screen captures below for details.
