adobe stock audio music unable to download

Hi, I have the same problem. I am not able to download the audio files. This is the first time I am downloading an audio file. There is no problem with downloading images and videos. I had contacted twitter adobe support and care, and they gave me adobe support link to get help.

hi @Sunny_website5FDC  - These screenshots are really helpful. A few more questions though- Are you encountering this error for all audio file downloads? Also what happens when you click on the place a secure order button ? does the payment fails with the error you attached ?

Hi, thank you so much for for your reply. This is the first time I am trying to download aa audio file. It is showing error to all audio files. when I click on the place an order it is opening another link to paypal account details
