AGAIN - Vector isn't Vector art...

So sick of this, and why there isn't an EASY BUTTON to report these files.

Once again, this "vector" file is flattened background with only 'vector' text on top.

Have had this happened several times, finally over it. GIVE US A REPORT BUTTON ON ART.
