I have the 10-assets a month Adobe Stock plan. I've had this plan for many years with no problems. However, now when I click on Stock in the CC app it gives me an error message saying it is not available on my account. Same thing happens when I go to the Adobe Stock site directly on my browser. I've had three Adobe Support people take a look at it, including one who did a remote session into my Mac to see the configuration. They can't figure it out and keep saying they will have to get back to me. Now Adobe Support has gone silent on me, even though I see the support ticket is still open.
I found one "workaround" (which is unacceptable to me)... I bookmarked a stock search a long time ago in my browser. If I go back to that bookmark, I can access the Adobe Stock site and download images.
Anyone else running into the "Adobe Stock is not available on your account" error?
