I can't buy any plan on Adobe Stock ( bug? )

Good afternoon, I have a problem when trying to purchase a plan for Adobe Stock credits (first with the free trial).

 

It turns out that every time I try to sign up for free, I get the error I attached below.

 

I already tried with different devices, different WIFI, different payment card (credit and debit) and there is no way I can buy any plan for anything, not even creating new accounts.

 

Could anyone help me please.

Do you have a standard account? (not a Teams or Enterprise account?) Contact Adobe customer service. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
