Impossibilité de télécharger des photos dans adobe stock

Bonjour,

Y a-t-il une erreur technique actuellement car je dispose d'une licence de 750 photos par mois et je ne peux pas télécharger de photo depuis le renouvellement de ma licence ce mois-ci ?

Mon compte est bien actif mais malheureusement, il y a un problème technique qui est signalé dès que je veux acheter une photo. Un message s'affiche et aucun téléchargement ne se fait.

If I understand the last message from @JOHANNA118 correctly: It was the browser. They changed the browser and it worked and are now checking the settings of the preferred browser.
