No puedo descargar contenido en Adobe Stock

Aunque mi plan mensual incluye un suscripción de Adobe Stock (10 contenidos al mes) no puedo descargar ni 1 imagen (si quiero hacerlo me da la opción de pagar el contenido extra) ¿Alguien sabe por qué me puede pasar esto?

This looks like a problem either with your account or your region. I will move that to the bugs section.

 

What you can do is:

  • Log out and login again.
  • Clear the cache and cookies
  • Change the browser
  • Change the computer (or tablet)
  • Change the internet provider: office network to home network to cell phone network.

If nothing helps, contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
