No way to cancel subscription

After I got scammed by you to try the "free Adobe Stock trial" (thx for the dark pattern) I ended up with a monthly plan for 35€. I tried to cancel the plan but it is IMPOSSIBLE as there is no button for it. Any Help page says there is a "Manage Plan" Button which is a scam by itself. There just isn't!

It has to be possible to cancel online (EU law since 2022).

Next step is going to the consumer protection center in Germany. Luckily they deal with things like this.

 

For anyone considering getting an adobe subscription: RUN!

The terms and conditions with the 30-day free trial say clearly, that you will have an annual plan if not cancelled before. As your screen does not show the "Manage Plan" button, IMG_1587.jpegI agree, however, that it is difficult to self cancel. I do not know what went wrong, but if, when trying again, the button is not displayed, contact Adobe customer care.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
