Not able to load or save to library in Adobe Stock

1. If I try saving a stock image in my Library, it gives me error: Something went wrong. The action could not be completed. (Red snackbar error screenshot attached). 
2. If I try accessing my libraries of stock images, I get an error for that too (screenshot attached).
