Hello,
My problem is I can't use Stock after refreshing the payment methods. The former was wrong, Adobe couldn't get money from it but I can't use the new one either.

Please contact Adobe customer service for this. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.
