Poor quality Adobe Stock Image

I have dowloaded image #611170916:

The quality is terrible. It looks like it was enlaged at least 500% from original source file. It might be usable on 20% or less of original size, but then you shoud mention it's 1000x570 px image, not 10000x5604 (by the way - file I downloaded was 5000x2802, so the size in description is even more absurd). I cannot understand how such a low quality standard can be tolerated. Dear Adobe, plaease, take look at this contributor's material and withdraw images that do not meet quality standard.

When contributors submit assets, they get vetted, and generally any assets that meet not the quality requirements get refused. However, from time to time, there are still assets coming through with quality issues. However, this user has plenty of assets with a rather high resolution, which lets me think that they are typically resizing assets above what is acceptable.
