Загрузил 23 фотографии в идеальном состоянии, высочайшего разрешения, все в фокусе, цвета натуральные... И все, абсолютно все отклонили с пометкой "ТЕХНИЧЕСКИЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ".

Какие проблемы? Я не понимаю.

Indeed, they are great pictures. The first is underexposed:

Looks also like a b/w picture.

The second and the third are also slightly underexposed. Whites are missing in the histogram.

I have, however, no idea if they pass after those modifications.

The quality is actually very good! I can imagine that they were rejected because of the color casts caused by the underground. The black parts on the black background hardly stand out at all.
