Noise. And as landscapes go, this should have been taken in landscape mode. No real center of interest. Horizon line is slanted.
In addition to what @daniellei4510 said, you have exposure issues and you did a bad edit.
There is no issue with editing assets, but you really need to do it in a manner that is not obvious.
In addition it's a phone picture showing typical defects for small image sensors, like washed out details, because of the overagressive noise reduction.

May be the issues are the same, maybe the issues are different. You can check for yourself with what you learned here. If they can be corrected, correct them and resubmit. If they can't be corrected forget them.
