TAK07873.jpg - some of the whites are overexposed, perhaps even blownout
TAK01491.jpg - depth of field is too shallow and the tire is not in focus
TAK08885.jpg - this would have earned an IP rejection due to the company name and logo on the ribbon

Photo1: Depth of field is too shallow and the lower left corner should be cropped out.
Photo2: Overexposed and the upper right corner should be cropped out. The photo is not level.
Photo 3: Photo is not level and the partial flower on the left edge should be removed and the I would remove the partial ribbon on the top right edge.

TAK07873.jpg is correctly exposed, however, your noise reduction introduced artefacts.
TAK01491.jpg: The focus is indeed not good and the DOF is too tight, but you also have an exposure problem. The picture is overexposed.
TAK08885.jpg: "La maison du chocolat" is the name of a company, and the graphic is their logo. That's a clear IP violation.
As for the quality issues: you have noise (in the shadows), the white balance is incorrect, there is chromatic aberration. Due to the plate geometry, I would have cropped the image as a square.
