This is normal. There is no need to contact anyone, they are all very busy dealing with the flood of AI-generated images. If you have photos they may take 2-3 weeks, if you have illustrations or AI, 2-3 months.

You must wait patiently the same as everyone.  There are thousands of assets ahead of yours in the wait queue.  Deal with it.  Meanwhile, work on other projects.

On average, Photos & Vector Graphics are reviewed in 5  - 15 business days.
Illustrations & Generative AI could take 1  -3 months due to an immense backlog of AI submissions.

For faster turnarounds, submit less Generative AI and focus on quality vs quantity.

There's nothing you can do to hasten the process, and contacting Adobe directly will have no impact on the time required; in fact, they probably won't even respond to that type of question...

Whatever the resolution of your pictures is, that is irrelevant to your waiting time for moderation. Moderation is based on a first submitted, first miderated basis. Your waiting time simply means, that there are many other (high resolipution) submissions ahead of yours. There is nothing abnormal to this, as you would have learned by searching this forum.
