A denial for a technical problem

Hello everyone, nice to be here! I am new in this community, I edited those photos on  Adobe photoshop express, Can you tell me what are the technical problems please?

First image:

• awful photoshopping
• clipping
• logo on the brake handle
• colour noise on the saddle and the handles

Second: abstraction done from the strange sky colour, you have also clipping artefacts:

I even didn't need to download and open in Photoshop to detect those.

Both photo have bad backgrounds, blurry smudges and alot of color noise. There is also fringing in both photos.  The birds in the second photo have to go. I think the rain is also disturbing.
