What was the Rejection Reason Adobe Stock gave you?
I'm fairly sure "Rocky Balboa" & "NASA" would be disqualified for obvious copyright & IP reasons. You cannot submit other people's images as your own or use a branded movie character like "Rocky" for commercial purposes.
You better review your Stock Contributor User Guide very carefully. If you don't understand what you can and can't submit to Stock, consult a legal expert for advice.

Hmm, NASA cannot claim copyright (US law does not allow Federal agencies that). But Adobe's rules go beyond the law - you need to post photos you took, not non-copyright photos you found.

The first photo hgas compression artifacts. The text is not your text. It is copywritted. Is it your photo?
The second is definitely not your property.
