I hear ya. It simply doesn't make sense.

Yeah, "similar" is today a catch all to refuse an asset.

These are excellent (and unique) images, by the way. The one quality error I can see offhand are the two houses that seem to meld together in the cat photo and the steps that lead to a railing. What's especially irritating is getting an image rejected for quality issues, fixing and re-submitting, then having it rejected as being too similar.

It's really a pity that Adobe is rejecting such creative and well-executed images, given the millions of bland and flawed images already in the database. I have almost completely stopped uploading new assets to Adobe. All of my recent Adobe rejects have been accepted by Getty Images (not AI).

I don't think there are any other Stock platforms that accept AI.

Redbubble does. In fact, as long as it's safe for work, they'll pretty much take anything, since there are no moderators. But it's an entirely different kind of market: comforters, pillows, t-shirts, stickers, mugs, etc.. Dreamstime, as mentioned, is another, but they don't accept any AI with people. And there's also Wirestock, but one can only upload 100 assets per month unless one purchases a plan, in which case the contributor keeps 100% of the royalties. Not sure how popular the site is when it comes to buyers, however. Same with Dreamstime. I've never had a sale on either to date.

There are, but none of them are like Adobe.
I applied to 123RF and Freepik, they asked me for about 20 works (AI), I sent them, I got a response about a week later, something like "Sorry, these are not what we are looking for".
What are you looking for? It is not clear. Because there are a lot of images in their archives that are very similar to mine (they were also created with AI, so they looked like they came out of the same lathe)
A while ago, I applied to a platform called Veectezy, they have a different operation; participants can join the free plan if they want, as far as I can understand it: The works you upload are offered to customers for free, so it probably sells faster, and Vecteezy pays the participant $5 for every 1,000 free downloads for this.
I also decided to try such a system, they also wanted to see my works, I sent them, I got the same response (These are not what we are looking for).
Apart from Adobe, I have only been successful at Dreamstime, they also accept AI, but they do not accept real human faces in submitted works - but they look like photographs, but drawings, vectors, etc.
I have been uploading to Dreamstime for about a year, I have 537 accepted works, and 5 of them are sold, my account shows $1.53.
In short, I think there is no one like Adobe for participants working with AI. In general, there are 2-3 companies that can compete with Adobe, they do not accept AI either.
The "similarity" problem that has been going on at Adobe for a few months is really annoying, as a result, I am slowly thinking, "Leave this job to real photographers, real artists-drawers-designers, find yourself a more suitable job to do when you retire."
This is my situation.

Adobe just does it better all the way around...except for the present "similar" issue and that so many bad AI assets were accepted early on. A workable "report" feature would help clean things up, but I do agree it could be misused and require a shift in moderator resources that would potentially slow down the review process of new submissions.

I submitted my first video, and it was accepted within a few hours, while 9 images are still languishing under the Review tab. Actually, 13, but four have been ignored for months. I might try a couple more videos but creating them isn't cheap, and I need to make sure I can justify the expense with a sale or two.

It's pretty ironic that Adobe calls for outstanding creative work to be submitted in their guidelines but rejects real unique works like this. Instead they have employed a faulty semi-automated filtering solution that is demotivating the contributors and in the long run is not perspective commercial-wise.

I like your sense of humor very much. 🤣
