A rejection letter for a dragonfly marked "Illustrative Editorial Issue"

Hello! Rejection marked "Illustrative Editorial Issue." Is this an acceptance error or am I missing something?

It maybe. Often the wrong rejection reasons are marked. Did you have Metadata that pertains to a current event?

Yes. It was a series of photographs of various dragonflies in grass and water. More than half were accepted, but one was rejected with this strange wording.

Did you accidentally tick the Illustrative Editorial checkbox instead of the Gen AI checkbox?

I'm pretty sure that's what happened to me. I've caught myself almost clicking it in the past.

1) A dragonfly doesn't qualify as Illustrative Editorial content. Looks like you checked the wrong box.
