I want to make a payout by Payonner next time, because Paypal is not convient as before since July.

But I didn't see Payonner when I make a payout. How should I set for Payonner payout?

As far as I know, payonner is not available outside the US.

Payoneer is initially only available for contributors outside of the United States who receive payments in USD currency, which includes contributors from South America, Australia, Russia, and Ukraine. We look forward to expanding the availability of the Payoneer feature to the rest of the world in the near future.
