both images are extracted from a clip. In the clip there nothing just this human legs his slippers are visible others are okay. in the slipper there is logo that something visible. now my question is does adobe stock accept this footage with the logo visible, that is not clearly visible but visible. is that acceptable into adobe stock collection on commercial license?

Similar situación has happened to me... it is a bit crazy to me, but considering Adobe needs norms, it's understandable.
If you're doing a lot of video, see it as an opportunity to learn Adobe After Effects. This should be relatively simple to soften and not be an issue..
That does not mean the video will gain commercial value

Adobe may or may not accept the video on IP reasons. Try it.

The Moderator might assume that's just the pattern in the slipper fabric, not necessarily a logo.

Hi @MIS AJMIRY BEGUM ,
If that were my logo, I'd recognize it. You must remove all logos, and all parts of a logo. Set aside the logo, I believe you could set a faster shutter speed to freeze the motion. It's likely an issue for quality refusal.
Best wishes

It's to submit video. The motion blur is highly welcome in video, as it makes the sequence fluent.
I agree with the logo removal, however.

I'm guessing the logo won't be an issue. Submit it and see what happens.

I would remove it.
