Accepted and rejected images on Adobe Stock Contributor are being misreported via email updates

In the last two weeks, I have been receiving erroneous emails from Adobe about my uploads to Adobe Stock Contributor.

I you look in the white bordered box marked "Updates from your Adobe Stock submission" the first line states that "Your recent Adobe Stock submission received 4 accepted assets and 4 pending reminders, with no assets rejected."

But if you look above the photo in the second part of the email it shows " 0 accepted, 0 reminders and 4 not accepted"

Some of the photos that were not published even have an ASC stock number on them in the emails. This is one example, but not the first lately.

I usually have a very good acceptance rate on my images, but the reporting is wrong and I would like to know what is happening. Thank you in advance for any information you can provide.

NOTE: I had to merge two screenshots here to show the relevant information reported above.

This was one e-mail?

Asset numbers are assigned as soon as you upload.

No, I have received several emails like this from Adobe over the last few weeks with contradictory statements in the same email.

Several e-mails may well mean different submissions.

No it's not the only email. It's been the last five or six emails.

I have two accounts on Adobe Contributor. One that I regularly upload to and one I have not worked with in months (until last week). Same form email saying I have "accepted assets" and "pending reminders" in the header. Then as you scroll down, about a 90% rejection rate in the last month. No "reminders" at all. I've had a nearly 90% acceptance rate over the last few years and now, something has changed.

Right now, I have stopped submitting images after reading these forums of late. I don't normally submit videos, but I have put nine of them in my account for review to see what happens with them.

"Pending reminders" could mean that they are in the Reminders tab awaiting releases. Have you looked there?

There have been no "reminders" published on my dashboard in Contributor. But I received another email today from Adobe telling me two images have been accepted, but in the same email it said they had been rejected.

The email is contradicting itself. This is the fourth or fifth email that I have received from Adobe with this problem.

Feel like I am going to have to send them physical copies of the emails and ask what is going on. As of right now, I have stopped adding assets to review

The image in the email represents ONE of the ones accepted. The two noted as rejected are not the same as the two that were acccepted. They would be under your Not Accepted tab.

Under the black header, there were no images accepted in this particular email from Adobe (even though the white box header  said they were all accepted). The image shown in the email is in my "not accepted" folder in that account.

I thank you for the response though. : )

I should have taken a closer look at this message. The text in the frame seemed suspicious to me from the beginning, but I focussed on the content and not the form. The inconsistencies come from the fact that your Yahoo Mail has commissioned an AI to read and summarise your mails. To present this as a message from Adobe is misleading.
