Hi everyone,
My account has been blocked for "Suspicious activity," and a payment request with a status of "Pending" is still in it.
Is it true that it is due to login with multiple devices and ISP? I have filed an appeal, approximately how long will the investigation process take?

Login with different devices or different IP addresses has nothing to do with it.
A request for payment triggered an overall review where by Adobe noticed activity, usually sales, that need further investigation.
