My Account deactivated and how can i reactivate this?
Your only recourse is to click the "Contact Us" link to open a ticket.
You can't discuss this with an agent. The only recourse is to reply to the "Contact Us" link on your Stock Contributor Dashboard and wait for a reply from Adobe. IP issues could also involve the incorrect use of protected names in your titles and keywords. Depending on the severity of the violation, Adobe may decide to permanently suspend your account, or they may re-open the account after removing the violating assets.
Your payout won't happen as long as your account is blocked.
If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

It depends on the offence. We have reports of people that go unblocked a week after, others are waiting now for months for a review. The problem is that here, too, some people did build a portfolio of many assets and the team needs to go over all of them. You need to wait.

There is nothing that the community members can do to help, as we are also contributors with no insight into your account. Use the contact us links and await Adobe's reply, which could take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, or even longer as the support staff is very busy investigating many suspended accounts.

If you've already contacted Contributor Support, there isn't anything else to do except wait for their reply. This is probably a multi week process, and it's unknown to us if your account will be reactivated or permanently closed. We are mostly fellow contributors here in this community forum
Be patient and wait for the response from Adobe, and be polite with any follow-up correspondence. I hope it works out!

Please do not start each time a new topic. You could have answered in your old post. That would have provided more context.

Read the your Contributor Terms below.
There is only one way to reach Contributor Support. Use the form on your Contributor Page.
DO NOT SPAM them with inquiries. Adobe Stock receives hundreds of inquiries each day. Customers come first.
A copyright violation is a very serious legal matter. It may take 15 or more business days to receive a reply. And it could several more weeks for the matter to be fully investigated. Work on other projects. Feel free to submit assets to other microstock services.
Good luck.

There is no live contact for contributor support. There is no e-mail address to send mails.
There are more opportunities to violate the copyright than to steal other one's images, even if that is probably the most common. I have no idea what you did or did not.
