Dear Sir, my account was blocked yesterday because I sent some images which might be too similar. and that's ok, I perfectly understand the reason. I answer to the email the asked me to write to admitting my fault. But my account is still blocked and I can't access as to delete the similar images they asked me to.

The same issue persists. I replied back, stating that I understand the problem and I am ready to resolve it, but I haven't received any response. I didn't intentionally violate these rules, it might be a technical error or something else. In any case, I will make every effort to ensure that it doesn't happen again. Adobe should be more responsive and supportive towards contributors. How should I proceed? I am indignant.

Give them a few weeks to see if they respond. However, their contract with you allows them to cancel any time, for any reason or none.

I received a letter indicating that it is possible to unblock my account if I take care not to violate the rules in the future and delete the similar images. Did I understand correctly? You will need to wait. No one will be able to help you here. Like @Test Screen Name said, allow them a couple of weeks to answer you.
