hi there,

my account was blocked and there is no response through mails i sent to contributor help line.

please help me with my payment as my account is blocked and with that my payment is blocked too.

There is no way that you could get help via this forum. As users we do not have authority nor the means to do anything for you.  You should really look into your spam folder, as Adobe

  1. gives you warnings before blocking your account
  2. answers requests on the contributor help

 

If there is really no answer from Adobe, resend a mail to the contributor help.
