I have been waiting for a response from them for a month now. I don't understand something. I want to take some action. Maybe I should delete my account and create a new one. How can the support for contributors be so poor? I am not receiving any response to my messages... I want to delete and create a new account. I want to receive the money I requested for the sold images. Maybe I need to take legal action; it's impossible to work with them like this...

Yes, I have reached out multiple times in all possible forms. I have agreed to delete the images and be more careful when uploading the next ones. I am outraged that no one has responded to me for a month.

Delete similar images and inform contributor support that you have done what was asked of you.
Only contributor support can delete your account.
