You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself. If you have contacted Adobe directly, you have done all you can while they review the situation.
If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.
Hi @GFX Alpha
Same Incident happened to me, after 5 days they reviewed my account and solved the problem. So you just contact Adobe and explain about your problem and wait with patience. Don't worry.

Adobe will complete their investigation, and will either reactivate your account, having deducted any illegal sales, or will block your account permanently. They have their internal methods of determining the source of the "irregular sales".

That's not what "irregular sales activity" means. We do not have insight into your account, and we have no role into this. Adobe does not publicly discuss your situation. All you can do is to wait.

Not all contributors get unblocked, however, after an investigation. If Adobe has the impression that the contributor is involved in that suspicious activity, the contributor will stay blocked.

The same thing happened to me and after months of contacting them, they finally today replied citing irregular sales. As if I have something to do with it. Do Adobe Stock contributors get 'Star Seller' badges if they have good sales like Etsy?
My account was reinstated but warned that they would cancel my account if this thing happened again, so I guess I have to upload images that nobody wants from now on.

I suppose they have evidence that the irregular sales come from your side. There are possibilities to trace those back.

You are lucky. I have had my account blocked 54 days ago and I am still waiting for a response from them and so far nothing came...

If contacted via the “Contact us” link, Adobe answers. We have seen multiple times that contributor support answered multiple times in 24h and the contributor still said that there was no answer. Currently, a 24h answer is probably not realistic, but if after 14–30 days, there is no answer, you should send a friendly reminder.

I contacted via the "Contact us" link 54 days ago. I assume Adobe indeed answers, but they haven't responded to me, unfortunately. Following someone's suggestion in another forum thread, I sent a friendly reminder after a few weeks; no answer yet. A few days ago, I sent another friendly reminder, but no response yet either. Now I don't intend to bother them anymore, it doesn't seem to do any good. Maybe I will contact them again in January or February if they haven't responded yet. My expectations have been decreasing day by day.
I had about $130 in my account, I didn't do anything wrong and I don't know why they blocked me, but I would rather lose all that money (even though the money would help me a lot at the moment) and start from scratch, but at least have the account back to continue uploading and give Adobe Stock another try.
Thanks for your input, Abambo.

Have you checked to see if a response from Adobe has fallen into your spam folders?
