Hi Dear members, my contributor account is blocked on january 30, 2024. The reason was I uploaded similar content, adobe sent me an email where they said to follow our rules and guidelines to unblock your account confirm the willingness to reply our mail. I replied the mail on same day, but since then I didn't get response from adobe and my account is still blocked. Please suggest me what should I do. Adobe stock is my only source of income, my family directly dependent on the income which I earn through adobe stock.
Kind regards.
Did you specifically address the requirements stated by Adobe in next to last paragraph in their email? If not, resend your response addressing those points. Meanwhile, there's nothing you can do to hasten the process. They seem to be overwhelmed with the number of accounts they've had to suspend and review.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Adobe stock is my only source of income...
By @SamFarooq
==========
That's not Adobe's problem. I suggest you take immediate steps to supplement your income in other ways. If you're unable to find full-time employment, consider taking a part-time job or submit content to other microstock services. Do not put all your nuts in one basket. At best Adobe Stock is a side-hustle; not a primary source of income.

Wait. You need to wait. You need to watch your spam folder and you need to sparingly send out reminders, if you think, Adobe did not get your initial message.
As for your income situation, that may be problematic to you, but it will not be taken in consideration by Adobe. You should consider submitting to other stock agencies too and you should follow the rules for each agency consequently. You can also start to prepare furure submissions. You now know that you should not spam stock, so be selective.
