I changed my profile details to change ownership and I was unaware of the policy. Yesterday my account has been blocked for changing details in my account I guess, since the occurrence happened just after some hours of changing details. I am ready to submit any document to prove ownership and I have access and connection with previous owner.

I am not against the policies Adobe want us to follow,I believe they are necessary to keep anyones ownership safe and secured.Can I please get my account back?

Did you receive an email describing why it was closed and offering you a link on how to contact Adobe?

If not use this link

Follow the actions under "Appealing an Enforcement Action".

Using the link provided is the only way to appeal.

The reason was not specific as you can see in the screenshot I attached with this post, but I believe the reason was changing the details of account. Before blocking my account they mailed me and asked "Why did you change account details?" and I replied "To transfer ownership" then some hourse later I received the email (Screenshot). Later when I mailed them I received a reply with a link to appeal where there was form to fill and a message box, I wrote an application with apologies and asking for another chance and reactivation of my account. Everything happened yesterday. I don't know when they will reply the appeal or even if they will reply or not.

What ownership details did you change? You need to own all copyright to all assets that you upload to stock.

 

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

The account ownership, I changed the name and date of birth from tax form and all the assets were my creation.

OK, so only if that change was minor, to correct a typing mistake, the tax form change would not trigger blocking. The problem with the tax form is that it is an official document, and giving false indications is a serious offence.

 

Anyhow, whatever happens, you need to work this out with Adobe. Adobe will not publicly discuss your case and will not answer here on this forum.

 

I will lock this thread now.
